Refund Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

1. The short version

If you have not activated your license key, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

2. Unactivated licenses

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and, provided the license key has never been activated, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

3. Activated licenses

Once a license key has been activated, the product is generally not refundable — this is standard for downloadable software. The exception: if the product is defective or does not work as described and we cannot fix or replace it within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

4. How to request a refund

Email andrew@virtualhouseaudio.com with the email address used for the order and your order number. Refunds are issued through our merchant of record back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we will make it right, and it is faster than a chargeback for everyone.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
